Ling Zhi (Reishi Mushroom or Ganaderma)

Zhi (LZ) was reported in ancient Chinese material medica
“Shen Long Ben Tso” and “Ben tsa Gang Mu”
as a superior herb with many health benefits that could
be used for an extended period of time without any harm.
China
and Japan have used LZ to treat various sicknesses for over
4,000 years. They are, to name a few, heptopathy, hepatitis,
nephritis, hypertension, arthritis, neurasthenia, insomnia,

and antiviral activities.

in treating allergy, asthma, bronchitis, neurasthenia, insomnia,
